1 the stairs and halls were being renovated with customers inside(dust dirt paint)
2 water pulling device broken(I found a solution to move it to have water in the basin)
3 urine smell was coming and from the drain from the shower
4 I asked for the towels to be changed after 2 days because no one cared not even to clean them
5 shower gel and shampoo were missing
6 poor breakfast(last morning one boiled egg, half a slice of salami, half a slice of cheese, tomato cucumber, something with cheese, jam honey
7 towels torn and kind of grey instead of white

The very warm welcome from the staff, the typical Istanbul atmosphere of the place, the breakfast served at a magical patio, the staff is very attentive. Close to iconic places, the Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmet mosques and many others. I highly recommend this place.

The size of the room and the hygiene were not really good. It said on Booking that breakfast was included, but they said it wasn't. We did get an offer to receive free breakfast from the hotel.
