Staff is kind and helpful. Location is one of the best in Istanbul. Rooms modest but clean.

We selected it for the New Year's Eve. Opted for the budget option which resulted in a small room, but it had all we needed: minibar, TV, heating, cleanliness, and comfort (no kettle provided and not allowed to bring one into the room). The view from the hotel/cafe is fantastic. There is also private parking available. It is a historic building in a beautiful and historic area.
