Efe was welcoming. There was air conditioning & mosquito nets on windows. It was quiet. Mattresses OK. White cotton sheets. Good shower. Clean. Wifi. Good location.
VERY smelly damp musty basement flat which made everything very smelly - all my clothes, my papers, my book, my suitcase, my bag. We avoided spending any time there. Free breakfast on day 1 was welcome but in a small & almost windowless room. The curtain fell off & they didn't fix it with a stopper to prevent it reoccurring. Awful pillows
Suggestions: A table & 4 chairs to sit around. More than one bowl (which was plastic). A washing up sponge. A tea towel. Better lighting. Mattress protector please. Better pillows. Provide 1 water bottle per day per person, not just on day 1.

Photos do not correspond to the actual state. I had booked a 2-bedroom apartment. We were given 2 separate studios on the top floor next to each other. These were completely different rooms than shown in the photos. Unfortunately, in Istanbul, I could not see on Booking.com what the original booking was. There was a significant leak during heavy rain, with one bed getting wet. The cleaner cleaned it up, but took no further action, despite the promise that it would be resolved. Breakfast is scarce, just enough in a very cramped space, no view, but at the back in a basement.
