GeorginaComfortable room with nice views, but the overall quality was disappointing.
Conveniently located near the port. The room is spacious and comfortable with two balconies and a sea view. Excellent air conditioning. Enjoyable breakfast.
The receptionist was friendly but lacked information about the local area and seemed uninterested in helping us find basic information. The room was not cleaned - we were informed afterward that we should have requested it specifically. The hotel has an attached restaurant where there was a noisy live music event on the terrace until midnight on our second night - we were not informed about this in advance.

Close proximity to the Ferry Port, waterfront promenades & easy to access downtown restaurants, cafes, markets & public transport. The staff at the hotel were friendly & always ready to offer assistance to enhance our stay. Continental Breakfast was excellent, many choices, fresh bread & great turkish tea.
Only offered turkish coffee - it would be nice to have a larger coffee selection like Americano, Cappuccino etc.
