Technical issue: the TV doesn't work, one day we had no hot water.
Too much noise coming from the bar on the 8th floor

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very very cooperative. It is one of the best staff I have seen in hotels. The cleanliness is excellent. My only issue with them was with the breakfast variety. The breakfast was almost non-edible, lacking tea and sweets due to the lack of breakfast variety, but they had the best original honey that we have seen.

I would like to thank Mr. Azad and Mr. Omar for their cooperation and warm welcome. They were kind and polite in dealing with us, assisting and facilitating our stay greatly. I appreciate your taste, and the hotel's location is very beautiful, close to the garden and the beach.
