Location
The heater and air conditioning are very noisy, the room was very hot, the toilet seat was broken, the stove was dirty, and the hotel staff were not very helpful. When I asked for water and coffee, I was told that the cleaner has the key to the kitchen, so there was no tea, coffee, or water available that night. I was forced to pay in Euros at a higher rate or told to leave. They gave me a much smaller room than the one actually booked. The room was very hot, they couldn't control the temperature, and the bathroom exhaust was very noisy when turned on. The sound was unbearable, like a broken factory.
