Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel!

A very disappointing experience. Honestly, this establishment absolutely does not correspond to the standards of a 4-star hotel and does not even deserve, in my opinion, 3 stars.

The air conditioning was leaking in our room and, despite several complaints to the reception, no solution was provided during our 5-night stay. No follow-up, no serious response.

The bed linen and towels are very worn, giving an overall impression of lack of maintenance. As for breakfast, it is mediocre both in terms of quality and choice.

The most disappointing aspect is the lack of reactivity from the staff in addressing the reported issues.

Good small city hotel, close to the metro, necessary shops and cafes. The rooms are clean enough, have all the necessary amenities. Very convenient to reach all the landmarks. Special thanks to the administrator Murat, he could quickly solve any question. Needed a late check-out to the airport, they also accommodated, which was very pleasant.

Meager and monotonous breakfasts. This is definitely a moment that should be improved.
