The location was pleasant, friendly reception staff. Adequate price.
The issue with the description of the budget double room not clearly stating that it was a basement room with no windows was quite disappointing. The room pictures in the listing showed a window, but it was deceptive because the window actually faced the basement hallway! (our room didn't have that particular window, which I actually prefer). The reception staff couldn't provide any assistance as they mentioned it was specified in the booking, but I checked all the confirmation emails and there was no mention of it. So, it is advisable to confirm with the accommodation before booking to avoid any surprises. The booking support was unhelpful as well. In my view, it is crucial to be transparent about the facilities provided; it should clearly state that the room is SITUATED IN A BASEMENT!
