The apartment was very beautiful, clean, and well-organized. It had everything we needed — from dishes and cutlery to a washing machine, dishwasher, shampoo, and shower gel. Cleaning was done every day. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos. It even seemed smaller in the pictures, but in reality it was more spacious. It has 3 rooms, which was very comfortable . Ms. Shirin and Mr. Sadi were very helpful with everything throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

My experience with the hotel was very good. The staff was very helpful when it was time to check in, because I arrived very late so someone had to be informed to open the door for me. Room was clean and huge. The staff made sure I had all the amenities I needed and asked me if I needed anything else. I have no complaints about the cleanliness either.

Maybe the best location, only because of the proximity to Taksim Square. The apartment looks like in the pictures but in reality, it is much more modest and worn out. The bed linen and towels were clean, the beds comfortable, it has air conditioning and heating that you can regulate yourself. The bathroom had basic toiletries. Nearby there are markets, restaurants, pharmacies...
Scant equipment in the apartment, minimal and questionably clean dishes. During 7 days of stay, there was no cleaning or change of bed linen, they changed towels 2 times and took out the trash. They never brought toilet paper (we bought it ourselves). It would have been good if at least a bottle of water had welcomed us in the apartment.
