Hotel service is still good but needs to look at the atmosphere, like going to a restaurant to eat, when watching it is which waiter below waiter

There is a bellboy attendant with a better attitude, he is very friendly to me. When I check out early in the morning, I gave him a tip of one yuan, more than the tip for the housekeeping staff, he was very surprised, immediately took a Taiwan coin that looks exactly like a lychee to me, there is no Taiwan sweetness, but not bad to eat.

Another year, the attitude of the bellboy attendant is very poor, he tells you that you need to pay for water and money, I said when I come there will be a need to pay, but the bellboy said no need.

In fact, I stayed in the Asia-Pacific region where there was a problem with the bellboy attendant, he said every hotel has a water dispenser, their hotel at the same time is also a restaurant, but not my issue.

The bellboy attendant told me to go to the supermarket to buy, I said I did not see the supermarket, he told me how to go, although he will ask me where to play, but the restaurant service will help me with water.

Remarkable hotel, location and staff

Remarkable hotel, we were very satisfied. Located in the very center, the room had everything necessary, clean and cozy. As a person who travels to Istanbul many times, there is nothing to compare it with. The host and staff are absolutely remarkable people. We booked a standard room for two with one bed, but since we had a child with us, they gave us an upgraded triple room with an additional bed and balcony without extra charges and requests from our side, it was very nice. We often encountered this in Antalya, but in Istanbul it was the first time and we are very thankful. There is a restaurant downstairs, highly recommend trying the steak, delicious and atmospheric. Planning to return here soon.
