HendrikIf the staff is unfriendly, even the most beautiful hotel won't help.
Room was okay
Staff was simply unfriendly - & the manager does not do their job & does not issue a business invoice - although as agreed in the contract with Booking.com - multiple requests just passive-aggressive & unfriendly. will not go there again.
