We stayed in the Junior Suite and have nothing but words of praise. The room is beautiful - clean, spacious, comfortable, and very bright. Everything was impeccable and truly deserves the highest ratings.
The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We were especially impressed by their proactive approach to guests' needs and efforts to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
The bed is extremely comfortable, and the pillows are perfect for a good rest and sound sleep.
The hotel's location couldn't be better - it is less than a five-minute walk from the pedestrian zone and the famous Istiklal street, as well as just a few minutes away from the charming and artistic neighborhood of Cihangir, known for its beautiful cafes, restaurants, and bars.
Metro, bus, tram, and ferry are all in close proximity to the hotel, making it very easy and convenient to move around the city using public transport.
We are delighted with both the accommodation and the staff, and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul. 😊
