NaifUnfortunately, my stay was bad.
I didn't like anything, very old hotel and the rooms were not comfortable for the family.
The price was very high, 4450 Lebanese Lira, 345 Saudi Riyals. I tried to check out immediately, but the paid amount was non-refundable. I had to rent another hotel.
The rooms were very old and cramped, two meters by two meters, and the family was not comfortable. Also, the bathrooms were not clean.

I booked and paid for 5 days, stayed for one night because I fell and sprained my ankle on the hotel stairs. When I asked to call an ambulance, the porter advised me to go to the clinic myself. They acknowledged that I got injured on their stairs, but didn't even inquire about my well-being.
In fact, they could have refunded the money as compensation for the accident in their hotel.
