There were BED BUGS.
It has been the worst hotel experience of my life, we arrived and had to wait, they didn't know we had a reservation, already paid for. They made us wait because they didn't understand English, Spanish, not even the Turkish translator, so a friend of theirs had to come to communicate with us. They mentioned losing the booking record which is why they didn't know we were going to arrive.
After sleeping there the first night, my partner got several bug bites during the day. As he is allergic to nuts, we considered both options and upon arriving at the hotel we checked everything and indeed saw bed bugs. So we left, having to spend the entire night at the airport, a night that we had already paid for at this hotel. We didn't say anything to the owner, as every time we tried to communicate with him it was impossible because he didn't understand us.
