It was the worst experience I have ever had with Booking.com. I arrived at the hotel and they told me they didn't have my reservation, even though it was already paid for. They didn't give me any solution, just told me to request a refund through Booking.com. I had to find another place to stay that same day and almost no hotel had availability. After 4 hours, I found a hostel, the only thing available. Do not book here! It is a scam!
