The staff were helpful, friendly, and cheerful. It's a small boutique hotel offering hot water, clean bed, and rooms. There are plenty of shops around, and WiFi access is available throughout the hotel.
If you're seeking a base to explore Istanbul, this is a great choice. However, if you desire peace, tranquility, and 5-star luxury, this may not be the place for you. The main road can be noisy.
Having a kettle would have been great. However, it was not an issue as I bought one myself.

The location is good to visit the center of Istanbul. It is in a fairly quiet and well-frequented area. There are several services nearby.
Room a bit noisy on the street side. Bathroom fairly clean, but could be better. Comfortable bed.
