- Incompetent staff
- Very bad restaurant
- Housekeeping done very hastily
- Very poor service quality
- Room reserved for 4 people and 1 bed was missing upon our arrival, which was only added the 2nd night. Therefore, we spent 1 night with 3 people in 1 bed!!!
