Last year I stayed at this hotel with my family and we were very satisfied. The hotel was clean and in good condition. Unfortunately, our stay this year was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was not clean: the carpet was full of stains and the room smelled strongly of cigarettes.
After our complaint, we were fortunately upgraded to another room. This room was better, but unfortunately, there were still many defects. The refrigerator door was broken, the sliding door of the toilet and bathroom did not work well, and the curtains were also stained. It's sad to see that this hotel is not well maintained.
The positive aspects are the spacious parking lot and the friendly staff. Hopefully, more attention will be paid to maintenance, as the hotel definitely has potential.

We came as a couple to visit Istanbul, the hotel is truly splendid, the staff is very attentive; the location is ideal as it is only about ten minutes' walk from the metro and easy access to the center of Istanbul.
It was a great experience, we know which address to recommend to our loved ones and where to return if we ever want to go back to Turkey!

The staff was very very nice. My son got sick and had to vomit. The staff brought extra towels in the middle of the night. They got peppermint-lemon from the kitchen. Everyone was very helpful. My son couldn't go out for breakfast, so I could bring breakfast to his room.
One more positive point to mention is that they provide a free underground parking. In Istanbul, it is very difficult to find a parking spot.
I can't name anything that I didn't like.
