The breakfast at the Instabul Sydney Hotel in Constantinople was exceptional and included a wide variety of local delicacies. The check-in at the hotel was smooth with a high level of service provided by the staff. The booking process was easy with reservation number 6744848392.

The room was beautifully decorated in a mix of traditional architecture of the Constantinople, full of colors and authentic details. The room offered a panoramic view of the city and the sea, with balconies and windows overlooking picturesque alleys and colorful gardens.

The room was equipped with a luxurious bathroom, fully furnished with modern amenities, elegant decorations, comfortable furniture, 2 double beds with soft mattresses, large flat screen television and ergonomic work desk. Guests are requested to enjoy the magnificent view from the balcony or relax in the cozy atmosphere of the room.

The design of the room conveys a warm ambiance with elegant pastel colors, relaxing shades, beautiful paintings, framed mirrors, 2 bedside tables, lamps, carpets, light fixtures and decorative pillows. In the bathroom, mild soaps are provided for personal hygiene.

Το μπάνιο βρισκόταν σε άθλια κατάσταση, με υγρασία, βρωμιά και γενική εικόνα που δεν πληροί ούτε τις βασικές προϋποθέσεις υγιεινής. Ήταν ξεκάθαρο ότι δεν είχε καθαριστεί για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα.

Όσον αφορά τη θέρμανση, δεν υπήρχε καμία άλλη μορφή θέρμανσης πέραν του κλιματιστικού. Με τις χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες που επικρατούν αυτή την περίοδο, η θέρμανση είναι απολύτως απαραίτητη, όμως η μοναδική “λύση” ήταν ένα χαλασμένο και εξαιρετικά βρώμικο κλιματιστικό, με τη συσσωρευμένη σκόνη να φαίνεται από απόσταση, προκαλώντας ανησυχία ακόμα και για την υγεία μας. Επιπλέον δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό .

Το κατάλυμα διαφημίζει ότι προσφέρει και πρωινό, το οποίο όμως μόνο πρωινό δεν μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί. Ο χώρος του πρωινού βρίσκεται στον 6ο όροφο, ενώ στο κτήριο δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ, γεγονός ιδιαίτερα προβληματικό.

Ο χώρος του φαγητού δεν πληροί καμία απολύτως προϋπόθεση υγιεινής: οροφή από τσίγκους, εκτεθειμένα σίδερα, γενική εικόνα πρόχειρη και εγκαταλελειμμένη. Επιλογές φαγητού σχεδόν ανύπαρκτες. Το “πρωινό” περιλάμβανε μόνο μερικές μαρμελάδες, πραλίνα φουντουκιού, ψωμί, 2 ολόκληρα αυγά, λίγες φέτες αλλαντικών και ελιές. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο, μιλάμε απλώς για ελάχιστα τρόφιμα και όχι για πρωινό ξενοδοχείου.

Ζητήσαμε ακόμα και νερό και μας απάντησαν ότι δεν υπήρχε ούτε νερό να μας προσφέρουν.
