Great hotel in the heart of Istiklal Caddesi, from here we were able to reach all the points of interest... Taksim Square is a stone's throw away and is a hub of the city. The hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff is super kind and the breakfast is the highlight... nothing was missing... I recommend it to everyone

At first when we arrived we were not pleased with the room as it was too small and narrow to be a room for two people, and it was directly facing the loud bar. Additionally, there were issues with electricity and water. However, when I spoke to the staff, they apologized and immediately moved us to a room that suited us. They ensured that we were happy with the change.
To be honest, the treatment and hospitality of the staff were enough to help us forget about the rough first day we had. The breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel were both exceptional, and the atmosphere was cozy and delightful. I would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Ahmet and the helpful gentleman (whose name I forgot) who always assisted us during breakfast. They truly made our stay at this hotel special and amazing.

Upon plugging in my phone to charge, the electricity in the room went out completely.
The next morning, while brushing my teeth, brown water came out.
