What I liked the most is the location, in the historic center, but quite close to the Galata Bridge, so it's close if you feel like crossing the bridge to go to other neighborhoods. Breakfast was quite complete. Also, the second day they left us some fruit in the room.
The air conditioning in my room made quite a bit of noise, so it was a bit uncomfortable to have the air conditioning on.
On the last day, we had to leave very early to go to the airport. They told us they were going to prepare some breakfast to take away for that time. But I suppose there was a misunderstanding, because they didn't prepare anything to take away, instead they served it for us to eat there at that time. So we couldn't have breakfast.

Cleanliness in the room and in the hotel. Daily change of towels and bed linen. Very friendly staff, always ready to solve the guests' problems. Close to the metro station (only 65 meters). Varied breakfast
Very small refrigerator that freezes poorly. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was constantly running. The fan or vent should turn off when there is no one in the bathroom
