SamNice clean room, friendly staff but the spa being out of use was a huge disappointment.
The spa was out of use but there was no notification of this prior to booking

The room is very dirty and smells bad, every room's door is broken. They lied about having wellness facilities, which they didn't have. The breakfast is terrible, with just a few slices of cheese and jam. Coffee must be paid for separately. They themselves said that the street is a dangerous place. I paid for 6 nights but stayed for only the first night, then I went far away from this place and hotel. I didn't get my money back and on the internet, there were such beautiful pictures, but it was the complete opposite. I kindly ask Booking not to offer such hotels.
