Thank you to the Kurdish reception staff for their excellent service. I am a returning visitor to this hotel and missed the presence of the young Serbian bellboy during this visit.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. They spoke English well, which made communication easy, and they were always happy to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, everything about this place was great. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, the room did not correspond at all to the photos on the booking page. Everything looked much more luxurious and well-kept in the pictures than in reality.
The cleanliness left much to be desired. Especially the bathroom was not properly cleaned, the toilet was dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was very weak.
Another negative point was the high level of noise disturbance. Despite closed windows, the room was very loud, making it difficult to think of getting restful sleep.
I was also disappointed with the value for money. For the price paid, I could have found much cleaner and more comfortable accommodations in the area. Overall, I cannot recommend this accommodation.
