The hotel was in a very nice location, 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. The rooms were nice, the shower, water, everything was nice. They had their own complimentary drinks, we could drink as much as we wanted. The staff was very polite, very friendly. Emre and Metin were very sincere, very nice, they took good care of us, we felt at home. We will come again, we liked it very much, I recommend it.
Whatever your problem is, they take care of you nicely, they don't leave you in a bad situation.
There was nothing we didn't like, everything was flawless and beautiful. We just didn't like the cleaning lady.

Fantastic location! Bus, restaurants, Bosphorus shore very close. The staff is very kind and helpful.

In a great location in Ortaköy
The room was not cleaned and the rubbish wasn't emptied during my stay. A hotel like this is a total disappointment for Booking.com.
