Location is a 10. New building with comfortable and spacious room. Quiet hotel. Walking distance to Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, tram, Galata Bridge, Karakoy Ferry. Walkable to Grand Bazaar or Hagia Sophia. Friendly staff. Affordable price. Surrounded by restaurants and street food stalls. Easy route to the airport with the funicular and metro line from Sishane to Gayrettepe and then direct to the airport.
The television wasn't working, but there was no real need to use it. The bathroom doors didn't close completely and there was a bit of water leakage, but it wasn't a big deal. Room lighting could be improved. There was a window letting in some light, but it faced a narrow street with a building next to it.
