The location.
A kitchen without equipment (plates, cutlery, pot) is not functional.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a balcony and heats up super in the summer due to the glass on all sides. So, the air conditioning must always be turned on.
A swimming cap is unfortunately required in the indoor pool, which I do not find very family-friendly.
Not really suitable for children.
