Stylish and Spacious

Excellent underground parking directly in front of the elevator. The hotel is renovated. The manager, Deniz, speaks English well and helped resolve many organizational issues.
Housekeeping could be less noisy; it's essential to respect the peace the hotel offers and not speak loudly while working.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

I liked the location, which was near shops and cafes, and just a short walk to the shopping mall and clinic. The cleaning service was good, providing fresh bedding and towels every two days. The WiFi connection was reliable, and I enjoyed a comfortable bed with extra pillows available on request. There were great gym facilities and a well-stocked coffee and tea supply. The reception staff were very helpful, assisting with the extension of my stay.
It would have been helpful to have tea towels and oven gloves, as using the oven without these was difficult. A toaster and microwave would be convenient, and additional utensils would help. The smoke alarm was too sensitive near the oven. An English manual for the TV would have been useful, as I struggled with subtitle settings. Air conditioning should ideally be available year-round; I had to deal with noise when leaving windows open due to lack of it. The spa and massage facilities were closed during my stay, which I had hoped to use on a future visit.
