The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the location was exceptional.
However, the rooms are quite small which made movement difficult.

The staff are extremely friendly, and the location was perfect for my visit to the wholesale market. The hotel offers good value for money, especially if you don't mind basic comforts while visiting Istanbul for shopping and outings.
There were no water rinsers in the toilets, and the pillows were not soft.
