Just close to everything
Dirty room, no hot water, shower drain full of hair, torn towel, no trash can, balcony full of cigarette butts, dirty stained mattress and chairs, for 7 days they didn't bring up a roll of toilet paper, but the staff entered the room and threw away our personal hygiene items (tampon and sanitary napkin) that were in a plastic bag. We reported it at the reception and the response was: 'I don't know'. Trash under the bathroom cabinet, a real workers' accommodation, to put it nicely.

The staff is very kind and helpful.
I have visited several hotels, but never encountered such an unclean and below-standard hotel. The staff was friendly and assisted with everything. However, upon seeing my room, I wished I had chosen a different hotel.
