I felt very good.

A quite charming hotel.

I didn't like the surroundings of the hotel.

I will never book here again!

Family rooms consist of 2 rooms, with a private corridor and an extra connecting door. The children had their own bathroom.

The location is perfect if you are traveling by car. Walking and public transport are not very convenient. Taxis can be found at any time of the day.

The location and facilities of the hotel. The hotel is situated in an unsafe area. You have to pass through a district where there are only car repair shops, lots of men and constant honking, day and night! There is no decent sidewalk to walk on. If you want to go to Nisantasi, you have to climb a steep hill and then go through a residential area with no lighting. Also towards Taksim, you walk through disadvantaged neighborhoods where Istanbul's urban development is lacking. Not a neighborhood where you want to walk late at night. Therefore, we had to take a taxi every time.

The hotel was not a success for us. On the first day, we did not have enough towels for our family and a leaking minibar. The cleaner was knocking on the door at 9 o'clock, while our 'do not disturb' sign was on. The knocking continued until I opened the door. The staff member reacted irritated and rudely asked when we would leave the room. I reported this to the reception. It was supposed to be addressed. When we returned at 11 pm, there were still not enough towels. After another complaint, we received 2 towels for 4 people. And I had to use 1 towel for the leaking fridge. They said it couldn't be fixed.

The next morning, the cleaner was knocking on the door again at 8:30 am. Our 'do not disturb' sign was on again, and we were tired, but the gentleman kept knocking until 11 am. When I angrily opened the door, he was almost inside and asked again when we would leave. I have never experienced this before! I made another complaint. They were going to deal with the staff member, but there was absolutely no apology or anything else. I booked this hotel to rest after a busy day in Istanbul, but resting or relaxing is impossible here! Absolutely never again! (Traveling with my husband and 2 teenage daughters)
