Great location, friendly staff. The room consisted of two adjacent rooms with one bathroom located in the basement. It was suitable for a teenage boy. Overall, there were no major issues; it is a wonderful small hotel.
There was an odd smell in the breakfast room. The spa was closed, although this was not indicated on the booking page. Breakfast was acceptable, with no standout items provided. The cold cuts, bread, and juices were of mediocre quality.

Cleanliness of the room, we were offered a room upgrade to separate beds to feel more comfortable, very helpful staff, tasty breakfasts, we were allowed to check in earlier than the usual hours, very good communication with the hotel, central location, close to restaurants, shops, metro/tram station

Smaller room, very soft bed (advantage for some), same breakfast every day.
