The staff was nice and helpful, and the location was excellent, right next to the Galata Tower. The room had everything necessary including towels, soap, and shampoo, and there were rooms with balconies to enjoy the view.

The receptionist offered me a superior room with a fantastic view of the city, even though I had booked a standard room. The administrator provided excellent advice for getting around the city, and the hotel's location was central and near Galata Castle.
