NaimA Journey Ruined by Deception

The hotel has five stars displayed on the facade, but it is not even worthy of two stars. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. We even had to carry our own suitcases ourselves.
The overweight man who seemed polite by finding us a taxi ended up stealing our money. I asked to speak with the manager and the director, but I was never able to speak with either of them. I was even told that the owner has all the employees' relatives, so it was useless to complain.
I do not recommend this hotel at all. Cheaters, liars, rude people, and as happens in many cases in Turkey, they were thieves.
