★☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Stay

I had a very disappointing experience at Bosfor Hotel. My room was not cleaned until I complained to the reception, which is unacceptable for any hotel.

The breakfast service was even worse. One of the waiters was extremely rude and actually shouted at me over something very minor. His behavior was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. No guest should be treated this way.

Overall, the customer service was poor, and the staff did not seem to care about providing a pleasant experience. I expected much better hospitality.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, and I will not be returning.

Room cleaning is superficial, the rooms are very small.

Breakfast is mediocre and does not reflect the photos shared on booking.
