Spacious and quiet room with a perfect location!

The location is very convenient, in my opinion, situated on a pleasant, wide street. The room is spacious due to its high ceilings. The windows face the courtyard, providing the necessary quietness for relaxation and sleep.

This is not my first stay here, and I highly recommend it 👍

Exceptional

A taste of Istanbul life sweetened with nostalgia at Gümüşsuyu apartment building..

The location is exceptionally good. Very close to the metro station. The building is nostalgic, pleasant Gümüşsuyu apartment. The architectural feature is preserved. All interior spaces are meticulously dressed and decorated. The original marble entrance is elegant, spacious, and bright. In the lobby, they have created a nice and large lounge area open to guests. Ms. Ece at the front desk is very attentive and hospitable. Communication starts via WhatsApp before your arrival. They provide information on door opening-closing and password, as well as wi-fi. An elevator has been installed as much as the staircase void allows and it is safe. The deluxe room is quite spacious. Despite having a suspended ceiling, the ceiling height is still high. The French balcony windows facing the street are nice. The kitchen area is sufficient. There is water, coffee, tea, kettle, and a coffee machine. Both air conditioners in the living room and the bedroom work excellently. The lighting arrangement is quite sophisticated in every area. I liked the parquet flooring in terms of color and pattern. The bathroom is spacious and marble; the shower area is large and the water system is excellent. There is even a large mirror. Although there was shampoo in the shower, they also provided fragrant Rebul shampoo. The sunshades were effective.

The hotel slippers could have been of better quality. Towels could have been larger and thicker. The wardrobe was small but sufficient; however, the clothes hangers were of plastic dry cleaner hanger quality. Cushions could be added to the armchair in the lounge for lumbar support. The television could be larger and should be a smart TV for watching internet broadcasts. The TV in the bedroom was not working; although it was not really necessary. The quality of the bed could be improved; it could be closer to hotel bed quality. The air conditioner was not working in the guest lounge in the lobby and it was hot.
