Not clean, booked for 4 nights but stayed only 1 night, had to pay for another hotel then

The location was OK

The accommodation was not clean, the bed linen was not changed and the toilets were not clean at all, I paid for 4 nights and stayed only 1 night, had to change hotels because of inadequate cleanliness

Pleasant

We stayed there for 3 nights, the location is perfect, the price-quality ratio is at a decent level

Rooms are provided, but it was clean

Spa

The location is great, Gulhane Park is only a few meters away. Train and tram are also quickly accessible.

The rooms are completely moldy, dead flies can be seen everywhere on the walls. Cockroaches and spiders we saw on the bed and next to the beds. At the reception, almost no one is ever there, the hotel does not respond to emails or calls. They charged us for 2 nights even though the room is uninhabitable and we immediately looked for a new hotel.
