Perfectly Located Hotel with Wonderful Staff

The hotel is ideally located near Galata Tower, with excellent transport options (tram, funicular, boat). The street is very touristy but relatively quiet in this area. There are numerous places nearby serving traditional high-quality cuisine. Don't hesitate to explore the adjacent small streets for beautiful discoveries! The hotel staff is extremely helpful, dedicated, and friendly, but they speak very little English. We encountered no difficulties and no unpleasant surprises during our stay. I recommend the 'suite' room on the top floor, which is very affordable, comfortable, and offers superb views from the terrace. Breakfast is served in the small café owned by the hotel. If you opt for the breakfast package, it will be the traditional village breakfast, which is savory!

There could be more variety in breakfast options, such as having juice included. Coffee and tea should be unlimited. The towels are changed daily, which isn't necessary, so inform the staff if you prefer not to have them changed every day.

It was very central but also quite noisy. The staff was cleaning and chatting loudly, and the cleaning wasn’t done daily, and the bed had stains.
