It was really a very bad experience. I had booked the hotel two days before my arrival. When I arrived, I was told that the hotel had no available rooms due to renovation work. Instead, they showed me a storage room and said I could sleep there, even though it had just been painted and smelled strongly of paint.

I was really shocked. After that, they themselves suggested taking me to another hotel. However, the other hotel on the neighboring street was also a big disappointment: it was very dirty, small, and had no elevator. I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs, and I even injured my hand in the process. Still, there was no apology and no real help from the staff.

Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I am not satisfied with the handling and the service at all.

I want to sincerely thank Gulnaz for the incredibly warm welcome and care. Also, during booking, I asked for clean bed linen, and upon arrival, I was greeted with an ideally clean bed with new, snow-white, crisp, and pleasantly scented linen. It was very pleasant.

Gulnaz is one of the kindest and most responsive people I have met while traveling. Throughout my stay, she helped me orient myself in the city, suggested where to eat deliciously, how to get to the necessary places comfortably, and was always ready to help and answer any questions.

Especially touching was her help on the day of departure. When I was checking out, she helped me with my luggage, escorted me to the bus, and explained in detail how to inexpensively get to the airport. Moreover, she walked quite a long way with me, assisting with the luggage. Honestly, I met a hotel staff member for the first time who cares so sincerely about their guests. I am very grateful to her and sincerely wish her all the best ❤️🛂🕹️

The hotel itself also left the most pleasant impressions. The room was very clean, cozy, and atmospheric, with beautiful design, high ceilings, and a great view. Very comfortable sofa, spacious and clean bathroom without foreign odors. It is evident that they take meticulous care of the room.

Separately, I want to mention the location - it is simply ideal. You can reach Istiklal Street literally in a few minutes, and the metro is also very close. There are many beautiful streets, cafes, restaurants, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay in Istanbul around.

And the most amazing thing is the price. I was pleasantly surprised that for such an affordable cost, I could stay in such a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place.

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay! If I come back to Istanbul, I will gladly stay here again.
