Muktara very negative experience
the location was central
the rooms were not tidy and they were too small. The staff has limited English proficiency which hinders communication. The payment made through booking.com was twice the amount compared to paying directly at the counter asking for a room

- convenient location and excellent public transport access (tram, metro, train)
- willingness and activity of staff in dealing with equipment shortages
- equipment almost non-existent, even though the room was supposed to have a balcony, an electric kettle, dishes, and plenty of amenities according to Booking.com
- view from the window onto several long-term construction sites
