Upon our arrival, the staff were very helpful, providing us with the room we booked which was clean and tidy. They promptly explained and described all the places we could visit. The location is very convenient, and my family and I were satisfied and would gladly return to this hotel in Istanbul.

The location is very convenient, with plenty of cafes and a market nearby.
The hotel could improve its cleanliness; we found dirty windows and balconies with debris scattered around. The new bathroom looked nice but was left unclean with construction dust and protective film still attached, and the trim was not removed.
