Exceptional service and an incredibly friendly staff! The guys at the reception and in the hotel are just amazing - they helped with everything, advised the best places, and surrounded with sincere care. Very kind, responsive, and hospitable people. And, of course, the location and views of the Galata Tower - it's a separate delight!

Perfect location, right next to the Galata Tower, a 5-minute walk from Taksim Street and the tram.
Incredible staff.
We were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded upon our arrival.
We booked a round trip transfer from Istanbul airport and everything was very well managed by the hotel.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean.
The coffee at the hotel reception was also very good.
The staff is extremely kind and attentive.
We will definitely come back!
