A very good hotel in Istanbul with excellent value for money. We considered dozens of options, and this hotel truly proved to be one of the best choices for its price.
I would like to highlight the staff - they were extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. They always welcomed us, assisted with any requests, and responded promptly. Upon our arrival, they promptly offered us tea, celebrated a birthday with a cake, and presented us with a traditionally styled wallet as a gift upon check-out.
We also enjoyed the hotel's location, the delicious breakfast with different dishes daily, and the convenience of weighing our luggage at the hotel. The staff were always ready to assist and even helped us change rooms.
There was an air conditioning issue, but the staff responded promptly: they summoned a technician and subsequently changed our room. Minor problems can occur anywhere, but considering the price, the hotel offers truly good quality, and we were left with very positive impressions.

1) Trams passing by the windows are very noisy and disruptive for sleep
2) Poor soundproofing in the rooms - everything happening behind the walls is audible
3) The rooms are a bit old-fashioned (but clean)
