The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and cozy. The hotel had a great location, near Taksim Square. We stayed there for ten nights and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was excellent and it was a wonderful experience

Very pleasant stay—staff are extremely helpful and always making sure you are comfortable. If you have any mobility issues, inform them beforehand so they can assign you a room on a lower floor. Best value for money in Istanbul!
