We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel and would book it again anytime.
The location is one of the biggest advantages. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the metro, making it quick and convenient to reach all the important destinations. Supermarkets, restaurants, and many attractions are reachable within minutes by metro. Additionally, we felt safe in the area at all times.
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We particularly noticed that the staff speak very good English, making communication possible without any problems.
The cleanliness was overall okay. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed every day. The hotel overall made a clean impression. Additionally, there is air conditioning and an elevator available, which makes the stay even more pleasant.
The only small drawback is the path from the hotel to the main street or the metro. As the hotel is located on a steep street, the walk with light luggage is still manageable. However, with larger or heavy suitcases, the climb can be tiring, so a taxi is recommended for the arrival or departure.

Reception friendliness at the front desk and the possibility to check in earlier really made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Also, the location is really close to everything and just a perfect spot.
Having a kettle in the room would be nice, and the refrigerator could be better

Everything is very good. The staff is very friendly. They answer any questions, provide a map and directions about visiting the city and restaurant recommendations. The rooms are clean, cleanliness is maintained, and towels are replaced daily. It is also close to the tram station and some tourist attractions. I recommend!
