The absence of an iron and a hair dryer was disappointing.

It is really NOT acceptable for cats to walk back and forth through the breakfast room.
And this was the case every morning during my breakfast.

Location
The images on the website do not match the actual room. The hotel is old and poorly maintained. There are broken electrical outlets, missing light switch covers, a dangling bathroom vent fan, and an unclean shower stall. The entire hotel has a bad odour. The receptionist, who also serves breakfast, watches TV shows on their phone while handling food with their bare hands. Stray cats roam around guests during breakfast. I have visited hotels in Turkey many times and know that the star ratings do not reflect reality. If you see a hotel with 1-2-3 stars.... stay away.
