The staff were very polite and responsive. Breakfast at the hotel was normal, tasty, with plenty of food.
We stayed in a 4-person room on the top floor. The furniture is old, the repairs are old. The room has a kettle, tea and instant coffee, water, towels, and slippers. There is also a fridge, but it didn't chill a bottle of cola overnight. All of this is not critical since we were passing through Istanbul and spent the whole day walking around the city, and only came to the room to spend the night. We stayed for one night. In the morning, when we looked at the bedding, we found bedbugs. Right after breakfast, we left.
