Nothing lives up to the international standards of the Ramada by Wyndham brand! Unkempt staff, pitiful attitude when you file a complaint! Dinner charged with 30 Euro but the buffet was empty. We were 3 people and we were not offered a piece of cake as a dessert to divide into 3 because they had run out!

Just OK

The personnel were superb, extremely helpful and warm. They took care of our group's needs, particularly in the bar and dining areas.

My main issue was the room being too hot, which made it impossible to sleep due to the heat. The window for fresh air was not functioning, so I had two nights of restless sleep. I mentioned this problem, and the temperature was adjusted for the second night, but it was still too warm and the thermostat could not be controlled by guests. I desperately require a restful night's sleep to aid my work.
