Very friendly and accommodating staff, good value for the rooms. Excellent location near the city center. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Good buffet-style breakfast included with the rooms.
Rooms are a little small. There is some noise from surrounding areas/streets, given the hotel's location near the city center.

Love the decor and comfort of this hotel. The staff were always available and helpful. The room is very good value for money. Has easy access to major tourist sights and you can access the T1 tram in minutes.
Would have liked the coffee machine on all day because there is no good take away coffee nearby for a reasonable price but everything else was superb.
