ChiaraComfortable for Hilton, but I wouldn't return
The water bottles replenished daily in the room, the kindness of some staff members, the location to reach the Hilton.
Poor cleanliness (after the third day there were still hairs on the wall that weren't mine, I decided to remove them myself, dirty shelves), poor maintenance (water leak in the toilet reported but not fixed in 8 days, broken bathroom door lock), suspicion that the airport shuttle service is not determined for the customer's comfort and convenience (this morning we were forced to take a taxi much earlier than expected and the staff insisted several times to remind us of the schedule). The fire alarm rang several times for two nights, keeping us awake, and without providing explanations. Unvaried breakfast.
