Bad, very bad. Not 1 in the rating only because of the staff.

The only plus in the entire stay - the staff. Responsive, Russian-speaking - this is super. Unfortunately, the advantages in this ended.

Everyone praises the location, but it was awful - a dark alley with barely working street lights, full of all possible marginal types of people you wouldn't want to meet on the street (being there alone is really scary!). The room condition does not match the photos, it has long needed repair and proper cleaning. There is partial absence of light on the staircase - also scary. On the first evening, I was mistakenly checked into the wrong room, then subsequently moved (thanks to the staff at reception for their help). I couldn't return to the room in the evenings due to fear, so every day of my stay I ended up living with a friend. 0/10. Do not book this place, there are many better, cheaper, and safer options nearby.

It must be illegal to rent places like this

Photos don’t match reality. Rooms with plenty of mold on the roof. We had a terrible night there with my wife, couldn’t sleep because of the smell of the mold, some type of insect, and noises on the street.
